Artwork Return Policy

I am confident you'll love your artwork! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer the following return options:

1. Return Period:

• All artwork purchases can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions:

• Artwork must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• A valid return reason must be provided.
• Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage in transit.

3. Return Options:

• Full Refund:

  A full refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling costs.

• Exchange:

  Artwork can be exchanged for a similar piece of artwork of equal or greater value, with the difference in cost paid by the customer.

• Store Credit:

  A store credit can be issued for the purchase price, which can be used for future purchases.

4. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact me at denise@denisebrookstudio.com within the return period.
• I will provide you with a return authorization form and shipping instructions.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the artwork back to me unless it's due to damage during transit.
• Once I have received the returned artwork and verified its condition, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed promptly.

5. Exceptions:

• Returns will not be accepted for artwork that has been damaged by the buyer or altered.
• Returns due to personal preference or change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
